Considering a Class?

A gentle orientation for those who feel drawn, curious, or unsure

If you’re reading this page, there’s a good chance something in you is already responding even if another part of you feels hesitant, cautious, or uncertain.

That’s normal.

Most people who take my classes don’t feel “ready.” They feel drawn, curious, or quietly nudged often while still holding questions.

This page isn’t here to convince you of anything. It’s here to help you sense whether this work feels like a fit for you, right now.

Before You Decide

My teaching style intentionally bridges metaphysical and energetic understanding with science, nervous system awareness, and real-life application.

You’ll hear language that honors subtle energy, intuition, and consciousness, alongside grounded explanations drawn from neuroscience, coherence research, and lived human experience.

I use many real-life examples both my own and my students so that the material doesn’t stay abstract. The goal is not just insight, but integration: learning how to apply these teachings in relationships, health, emotions, and everyday life.

These classes are not about becoming someone else. They’re about learning how to live with more presence, coherence, and inner peace using practices that I actively live and rely on in my own life.

I teach what I practice. I practice because I find it so helpful  and because I am so interested in what abilities we have for human expansion and natural forms of healing  that we may be unaware of due to societal, cultural, and family structures.

I don’t offer perfection, quick fixes, or spiritual bypassing. I offer real tools, embodied awareness, and a way of working that honors both the sacred and the everyday realities of life.

These Classes May Be a Good Fit If You

Students in my classes range from those completely new to energy work to practitioners with many years of experience seeking advanced, integrative training. Wherever you are on your path, I meet you there.

  • Are drawn to depth, but not dogma
  • Want spirituality that supports real life
  • Are willing to practice, not perform
  • Value integrity, ethics, and grounded teaching
  • Don’t need all the answers—just a place to begin or deepen
  • Prefer small, relational learning environments

You do not need to be intuitive, advanced, or confident. You don’t need to have it all together. Curiosity and sincerity are enough.

These Classes May Not Be a Fit If You

  • Are looking for instant transformation without personal engagement
  • Want someone else to tell you what to believe
  • Are seeking hierarchy, status, or spiritual identity
  • Are unwilling to be present with your own experience

What It’s Like to Be in Class

Groups often include a range of experience levels. This mix brings depth, perspective, and practical insight, and students consistently find that learning alongside others at different stages enhances understanding and integration.

I adapt my teaching in real time based on the people in the room. I listen, observe, and respond to what is actually needed rather than teaching rigidly from a script. This allows the material to stay alive, relevant, and supportive for each group.

Classes are intentionally small and spacious. The tone is calm, respectful, and human.

You can expect clear teaching without pressure, space for questions and reflection, a pace that supports nervous system regulation, and a grounded ethical container.

Silence is welcome. Questions are welcome. Being exactly where you are is welcome.

My Commitment to You

When you take a class with me, I make a genuine commitment to your learning and wellbeing.

I show up prepared, present, and engaged. I care deeply about the integrity of this work and the people who step into it.

You do not have to meet me with the same certainty or devotion. You don’t have to impress me. You don’t have to know where this leads. You only need to show up honestly.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m brand new—or very experienced. Will I fit in?
Yes. Classes often include a mix of experience levels, from those new to energy work to seasoned practitioners. I meet each student where they are, and the diversity of experience enriches learning for everyone.

  1. Do I need prior experience to take a class? No. Each class meets students where they are. You do not need special abilities, confidence, or prior experience, just openness and willingness
  2. What if I feel unsure or anxious about joining That’s very common. Hesitation is often part of the doorway. You’re welcome to reach out with questions or take your time deciding.
  3. Are these classes religious or dogmatic No. While the work is spiritual and sacred in nature, it is non-dogmatic and grounded in lived experience, personal practice, and integrity.
  4. Will I be supported after the class? Yes. My teaching is relational and grounded. I care about integration, not just completion.

My Teaching Style

Because many people ask not just “what” is taught, but “how”, I want to share a bit about my approach.

My teaching style is integrative, relational, and experiential.

I intentionally weave metaphysical and energetic understanding together with science, nervous system awareness, and real-life application. I value coherence between mind, body, energy, and daily life.

I use many real-world examples from my own lived experience and from years of working with students and clients. It is important to me that the  material stays grounded and practical, not abstract so you can take it out into your life and integrate it.

I teach responsively rather than rigidly. I listen to the group, adapt in real time, and meet each student where they are, whether you are brand new to energy work or bringing years of experience.

My goal is not to give you something to believe in, but to offer practices and perspectives you can test, experience, and integrate in your own life so that your path becomes steadier, clearer, and more peaceful.

This work is meant to be lived, integrated, and supported over time. It does not not need to be rushed or completed in isolation. My intention is to create multiple avenues for ongoing support so that what you learn can truly settle into your life.

I remain available to my students after classes for questions, reflection, and integration. In addition, any class you take with me may be retaken at no additional charge, as space allows. This policy exists to reduce pressure, encourage deeper learning, and support embodiment at your own pace.

There is no expectation to get everything at once. Learning often deepens through repetition, presence, and lived experience. My role is to offer a steady, ethical, and human container where your growth can unfold naturally before, during, and after class.

My experience over the last 20 plus years of teaching is that if you come with an open heart, and an open mind amazing experiences will happen for you. Let Reiki be a teacher and guide for you in helping you to grow, expand and be a bright light for yourself and the world.
