One of the unexpected gifts Reiki has brought into my life is creativity.
When many people think of Reiki, they think of healing, relaxation, or stress reduction. While Reiki certainly supports all of those things, I have found that it also opens a doorway to something deeper—a connection to inspiration itself.
Over the past few weeks, I have found myself creating more than ever. New classes, new journeys, new reflections, new ways of sharing what I love with others. What has surprised me most is that these ideas did not come from effort. They emerged from stillness, presence, and relationship.
Reiki helps quiet the noise of the mind so we can hear the whispers of the heart. It creates space to listen more deeply to ourselves and to the creative impulses already waiting within us.
For me, the Sacred Mirror has become part of that creative process. Not because it gives me answers, but because it helps me stay in relationship with questions, possibilities, and inspiration. Together, Reiki and the Sacred Mirror have encouraged me to trust the creative process and allow new ideas to unfold naturally.
Creativity is not limited to artists, writers, or musicians. Creativity is how we shape our lives. It is how we solve problems, nurture relationships, discover new possibilities, and bring our unique gifts into the world.
Perhaps creativity is not something we need to find.
Perhaps it is something already within us, waiting for us to become quiet enough to hear its call.
And sometimes, Reiki helps us listen.
As I reflect on all that has emerged in my own life recently, I find myself filled with gratitude. Gratitude for Reiki. Gratitude for the creative spirit that lives within each of us. Gratitude for the ideas, dreams, and possibilities that are waiting to be born.
The question is not whether you are creative.
The question is:
What is waiting to be created through you?
